Roasting this coffee bean is quite an easy task. TIps :
Medium dark - suitable for Moka pot to get a medium mouthfeel and clean after taste with a pleasant milk chocolate aroma.
Espresso roast - this gives an intense strong flavor with a defined roasted nut profile and sweet dark chocolate aroma. I highly recommend to combine this with light medium roast Ethiopia to balance out the strong flavor and give a sweeter cup of espresso. 60:40 ratio would be an excellent combo.
Definitely would purchase more of this bean for my consumption.
