Searching a origin coffee has been an obsession on mine and my brother as part of our coffee journey. Ever since Ive managed to roast Rwanda coffee, the aroma still lingers in my mind and heart of my fellow coffee lover. A freshly roasted light medium Ethiopia as a starter has been a fun experience to me. Alot of cafe that i've visted tends not giving a proper respect to this region. Often time i was giving either expired ethiopia or several months old coffee. Such pronounce floral fragrance, soft fruity berry with clean /dry finishing. It a worthy of its region and price.
