Our current Brazilian beans used for Morning duo carry chocolatey, nutty, sweet flavor as well as rich body, while Colombian beans promises a pleasant green apple acidity and a starfruit-like undertone. The combination of beans from Brazil and Colombia is often described as an all time ideal for espresso shots as they can withstand darker roasts without losing too much of their characteristics.
To bring out the best of each bean, beans from each country are roasted separately with precision (post-blend roasting method) before they are blended in a carefully crafted percentage, promising consistency in every espresso shot.
