Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site

Order information

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and all Payment Gateway that is integrated with our online store (currently Stripe and GrabPay). We also integrate applications from our shipping partners for order fulfilments (currently only EasyParcel). We utilize Intuit Quickbooks integration to automate our bookkeeping and accounting processes, which also pulls necessary order information.
Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, identification details for GrabPay), email address, and phone number.

Customer support information

In any instance which we need to provide customer support to you, our customer support personnel/team might request for additional information that we will only use to facilitate the support process.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

Communications and messaging information

When you contact us or sign in through our order-ahead app using the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.), we collect your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages you exchange with us. We use this information to verify your identity through one-time passcodes, to send you order and collection updates, to respond to your enquiries, and to manage wholesale orders. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also processed by Meta under its own Privacy Policy.

Account and loyalty information

If you create an account or join our loyalty programme, we collect and maintain your phone number, optional e-mail address, points balance, and the history of transactions that earn or redeem points.

Order-ahead app information

When you place an order through our app, we collect your name, phone number, the items ordered, and your pickup or delivery preferences in order to prepare and fulfil your order.

Service providers we use

In addition to Shopify, which hosts our online store, we share Personal Information with the service providers needed to operate our business, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business messaging), our payment processor for in-app orders, and our point-of-sale provider. Each processes your information in line with its own privacy terms.

Data deletion
