Adventurous coffee lovers looking to explore beyond the typical "Earthy" Indonesian profile, you landed at the right place - this is a clean, fruit-bomb coffee that rivals Ethiopians in its fruit complexity.

Produced by I Wayan Parum, a celebrated farmer whose dedication to quality placed this exact farm on the world stage with a Cup of Excellence (COE) win in 2021. Although not the exact winning lot, this current lot we have is a rare opportunity to taste a "field blend" of unique Indonesian varietals, processed to perfection to showcase the sweet, tropical soul of Bali.

Experience a Field Blend

This coffee features a fascinating trio of varietals that you won't find in your average cup. It is a true "field blend" that captures the history of Indonesian coffee with adorable fruitiness:

  • Kopyal: A rare, local Balinese adaptation of the Timor Hybrid (often called "Kopyol" locally). It is treasured for its aromatic complexity, contributing distinct floral and mandarin orange notes that give this coffee its tropical sparkle.
  • Kobra: A distinct variety named as an abbreviation of its origins in Colombia and Brazil, known for its resilience and high productivity, adding a sturdy body and depth to the cup.
  • S795: Also known as "Jember", this is a classic Indo-Arabica variety (a cross of Kent and S288). It provides the coffee's sweetness that grounds the exotic fruit flavors.
