Where it comes from

Las Torres in Costa Rica’s Brunca, Chirripó Valley has an altitude of 1,550–1,650 m, owned by the Ureña Rojas family. Passion Honey is this lot’s specific honey-process expression, where it is simply a controlled, extended honey process, not passionfruit co-ferment. It features Caturra and Catuai, a duo worth meeting when you fancy a cup that takes the tropical route.
