Enjoy a refreshing break with our sweet and creamy Mexican Chiapas SHG single origin coffee!

Given Mexico's Chiapas region's ability to produce a consistent, lightly sweetened cup, we profiled these coffee as a medium roast to give the brew a little more body without losing the origin's distinctive sweetness.

Mexican coffee growers in the Chiapas region tend to harvest some of the best crops while overcoming the numerous difficulties they have encountered over the years, such as the strain of societal upheavals and coffee leaf rust. In southern Mexico, close to the Guatemalan border, the superior growing environment places the Chiapas coffee from Mexico on level with the best Arabica from Guatemala in terms of quality.
